Chinese standard machines include Giant, Jieya, Chuangbo, Chengmeng, Meizhilong, Jinwei, Useon and Kerke. The 30–45 day figure for imported-machine spares applies once material is available and drawings are confirmed.
KraussMaffei Berstorff machines use a deep-flighted profile that differs from the ZSK geometry, so the two are not interchangeable. We hold tooling for the Berstorff ZE and ZE UT ranges and supply conveying elements, kneading blocks and barrels to the original centre distance and pitch.
The same approach applies to the other major brands. Send the machine model and the element position and we will confirm which profile and material we recommend. Where an OEM drawing is not available we reverse-engineer the profile from the worn part.
Three things are enough for a quotation: the machine model, the element position on the shaft, and either the OEM part number or a photograph with a ruler in frame. If the part is worn beyond recognition, send the shaft drawing or the barrel bore dimensions instead.
Most twin-screw extruders in service across China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa are built domestically, and their spare parts follow the same figure-8 barrel and bilobal screw geometry as the European and Japanese machines. We hold stock of the fast-moving items for Giant (杰恩特), Jieya (杰亚), Chuangbo (创博), Chengmeng (诚盟), Meizhilong (美芝隆), Jinwei (金纬), Useon (优信) and Kerke (科尔克), so screw elements and barrels for these machines normally ship immediately instead of waiting for a 30-45 day manufacturing cycle.
No. The two use different flight profiles and centre distances, so an element from one will not fit the other. We tool for both and will confirm the correct profile from your machine model.
Yes. Send the worn element with a photograph, and the shaft drawing if you have one. We measure the spline, pitch and flight profile and reproduce them.
Both. Most customers start with a single element for a trial and move to full sets for planned overhauls.
