Chinese-machine parts

We make the five part families that decide whether a twin-screw extruder keeps running: screw elements, kneading blocks, barrel sections and liners, and screw shafts. All of them are machined to OEM dimensions, so they fit Coperion ZSK, KraussMaffei Berstorff, Leistritz, JSW and Shibaura machines as well as Chinese platforms such as Giant, Jieya and Useon.

How to specify a part

Four pieces of information are enough for us to quote a part that fits. If you have none of them, photograph the old part and send that instead — we reverse-engineer from a sample every week.

  1. Machine make, model and screw diameter.
  2. The position: element number counted from the feed end, or a photograph of the screw layout.
  3. The OEM part number, the drawing, or the worn part itself.
  4. The duty: filler type, percentage and barrel temperatures, so the steel grade matches the wear.

Frequently asked questions

Do your parts fit imported machines?

Yes. Every part is machined to OEM dimensions and we work either from the OEM drawing or by reverse-engineering a sample you send. That covers Coperion ZSK, KraussMaffei Berstorff, Leistritz, JSW and Shibaura, alongside Chinese platforms such as Giant, Jieya, Chuangbo, Chengmeng, Meizhilong, Jinwei, Useon and Kerke.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One piece. We regularly ship a single element for an urgent breakdown as well as complete screw sets for a planned overhaul.

What lead time should I plan for?

Parts for Chinese standard machines are normally held in stock and can ship immediately. For imported-machine parts allow 30 to 45 days once material is available and drawings are confirmed, plus transit.

Can you supply a complete screw set, not just individual parts?

Yes. Send the screw layout or the old set and we will supply elements, shaft and, where needed, the torque-limiting coupling as one matched assembly, with the tip clearance set before shipment.

How do I identify the part I need if the machine has no drawings?

Count the element position from the feed end, photograph the part next to a rule, and note the screw diameter and machine model. That is usually enough. If it is not, post us the worn part and we will measure it.
